A musical project - French petites for the oboe, the bassoon and the piano. Agnese Egliņa (piano), Egils Upatnieks (oboe), Jānis Semjonovs (basoon). Outstanding French chamber music works will be performed by the best their instrument virtuosos in Latvia: Agnese Egliņa (piano), Egils Upatnieks (oboe), Jānis Semjonovs (basoon).
The programme includes works of composers of French origin: Trio – the colourful work of Frensis Pulenka (1926) which is an airily example of the French chamber music, Trio – a work of French neo-classicist Jan Franse, performed for the first time only 16 years ago, the excellent Sonata for the piano and the bassoon, the passionate Pastoral for the oboe and the piano and the great piano miniatures of Claude Debisī.
