21st September in VienibasNams Concert Hall Moldova musicians’ group „CONCERTINO accordionband” is performing accordion music. It is a musicians group, the main aim of which from their very beginning (2003) is to popularize accordion as an instrument able to perform valuably any music genre.

The first professional award “Concertino” received in 2006 in the accordion competition„CittadiCastelfidardo”inItaly. This success had been repeated by a row of victories in the following international competitions and festivals. For the present moment “Concertino” has received 19 first prizes and Grand Prix in festivals and contests in Canada, North Korea, Italy, Russia, Austria, the Czech Republic, France, Germany etc.

One of the biggest experience for the “Concertino” musicians was the meeting with the professionals of accordion music – Frank Morocco and Richard Galliano. Thanks to the creative collaboration, concert programs were created and concerts were given in one of the best concert halls in Kishinev – Organ Hall – the place where the group is still working.

“Concertino” concerts differ with a unique style of performing and strong adrenaline rush, offered by musicians to their audience in every single music piece.

“Concertinoaccordion band” is one of the best accordion bands in the world.

The concert is organized in cooperation with the embassy of Moldova in Latvia.
